Orange Pop

The Coke machine is fully operational now, and we discovered that it takes .30cents INSTEAD of the advertised .20cents. I have a whole jar of dimes ready to go for anyone who would like to experience buying a soda from a Kennedy era Coke machine. Lily and Ruby tend to select orange Crush. Thank goodness bottled orange can be found over at Walmart. I'm having a harder time finding small little Cokes. So far only one local Cub.

And so.....I accidently decided a Coke machine was a good idea.  I simply love it.  YES it DID get a great reaction from all the kids.  Adrienne claimed she just threw one just like it away...from a store of theirs. Andy wanted to know how much?  I told him dad would make one row beer and he suddenly had that cute little Andy smile. Maddie said, "okay, let's bring on the Coke machine and Ax the Stratocruiser!".  Not yet sweetie.
The aqua has been darkened and glossed and we like it much better.  Something about a cafe...means a glossy paint.  Won't be too long now and I'll whip up those cafe curtains.  I'm thinking red and white large gingham.
