We have both lost a ton of weight and inches and are still going strong.
This morning I made these delicious pancakes.
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 ricotta cheese
- 7 Tablespoons almond flour
- 2 Tablespoons Swerve
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
When we are done with this diet I will post a picture of our success!
