102

On January 1st Tim and I started the KETO diet.  It has been 102 days of eating under 20 carbs a day.
We have both lost a ton of weight and inches and are still going strong.
This morning I made these delicious pancakes.


  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 ricotta cheese
  • 7 Tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Swerve
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
